After the Tranmere
game I decided enough was enough and didn't go to Watford and despite
the empty feeling on match-day it proved a wise decision.
The night before
the game I saw Vinnies new movie (top film) and then had a dream
on what the result would be. I dreamt we would lose 3-1 with Steve
Slade making it 1-1 and Watford winning the game late on. (Most
people dream of Kate Winslett or winning the FA Cup but not me!)
I also dreamed that Spurs would beat Boro 4-0 on Sunday.
QPR started
the match badly giving away a goal and missing more clear cut chances
but apparently they had improved. Gallen had his best match in ages
and we drew level through Steve Slade in front of 4,000 travelling
QPR fans.
The chant of
"Gerry Francis Blue and white army" seemed to get up Harfords nose
a bit but we still managed to lose the game with bad defending from
a straight forward cross.
Back to the
dream and I was very close to being right so I went out and put
money on Spurs to win 4-0 at very good odds. I wasn't to happy when
Spurs lost 3-1 and my dream proved to be a loads of old bollocks,
a bit like the season so far really.
Man of the
Match: Kevin Gallen
