Rangers started well and should have been ahead in the first minute when Gavin Peacock went close. Rangers finally took the lead after half time when Rob Steiner did well to score his third goal for Rangers. Kiwomya then added two more to stun Swindon before Keith Rowland added a fourth to give Rangers a deserved victory. The scoreline may gloss over some of the cracks in the team but it was a much needed win for Gerry Francis. Man of the Match: Rob Steiner

huge win for Rangers against one of our rivals at the bottom of
the table. After all the talk of tactics it was a shock to see Gerry
leave out Gallen, Langley and Jeanne for a more experienced team.
