At Last, the
first win of the season and the first league win for six months.
I somehow knew
we would win, as did the blokes I chatted to in the LSA before the
game. We made hard work of it though with Brett Angell missing two
great chances to give them the lead.
Kevin Gallen
and Steve Slade led the line well up front but it was the introduction
of Tony Scully to add some width, which swung the game in Rangers
favour.
Gallens first
league goal on a Saturday for just over two years was a tap in after
good work by Scully and Slade. His second was just as simple, he
beat the offside trap to round the keeper and slot into an empty
net.
Brett Angell
was then sent off for a terrible tackle on Heinola but the day belonged
to Kevin Gallen and the long-suffering fans who finally had something
to smile about.

Match: Danny Maddix
