Another defeat puts QPR in deep relegation trouble despite a brave effort against high flying Bolton. Rangers started without Kulscar and Peacock but had the better chances. Richard Langley was back after missing the last three months but he looked far from match fit. Gallen missed two one on ones and Breacker also went close before Bob Taylor netted his 200th career goal to give Bolton the lead. Taylor netted a second to seal the win before Rangers hit back. Kiwomya was brought down and Keith Rowland scored from the penalty spot. That goal gave QPR hope but was not enough and the predictable defeat followed. Man of the Match: Chris Kiwomya
