In all my years of supporting QPR I've seen some pathetic displays and some humiliating results and tonight must be among one of the worst QPR performance of all time.It may have only been the LDV but QPR fans won't be fooled by this result as we were outplayed and slaughtered by a non-league team. How the mighty have fallen.

So despite Ian Holloway's plea to the players to take this seriously and the chance to restore some confidence on the road we simply played without the heart needed to win these types of games and went home with another first round cup defeat. Holloway kept his promise to take the game seriously by making just two changes to the side that lost on Saturday.

Terrell Forbes missed out with injury so Mark Perry came in and Stuart Wardley started up front in place of Leroy Griffiths. Despite having an experienced team we were outplayed during the first half and didn't even manage a single shot on target. The usually dependable Chris Day, Steve Palmer and Ben-Askar were abysmal and we looked all over the place at the back.

Yeovil midfielder Lee Johnson twice came close to putting them ahead. In the second minute he had a shot saved at point-blank range by Chris Day and midway through the half he rounded Day but Matthew Rose did well to clear the ball off the line.

Karl Connolly should have put us ahead when the Yeovil keeper ran into one of his own defenders and with an open goal Connolly tried to place it and ended up lobbing it high and wide of the goal. Defender Chris Giles then put Yeovil in front after Johnson crossed from the right and Giles poked the ball past Day after some sloppy defending by Askar. It should have been two just minutes later but Connolly cleared it off the line after a header was flying into the net from a corner. At half time it was goalless and listening to the commentary on the official QPR web site it was depressing to say the least as the 200 or so fans who made the trip sounded like they would have been better off staying at home.

To be honest I turned the commentary off after half time as I could see them getting a few more and decided instead to watch a Bottom video and play Champ Man. Within ten minutes Stafford Rangers knocked me out of the FA Cup and I just knew that back in the real world things probably hadn't got much better.

After my virtual humiliation I decided it was time to go back to the commentary and Range3rs had a bit of pressure. Bignot and Perry both had good chances before Connolly then went close again as it looked as if we'd get a goal back.

Holloway then made some changes as he sent on Doudou and Hamid Barr in place of Alex Bonnot and Rose. Doudou made an immediate impact as usual starting off a move which saw Thomson head over before Connolly found himself in space from six yards out and somehow managed to miss it when it seemed easier to score.

Time was running out for Rangers and we got caught on the break when Kim Grant cut inside and fired a shot past Chris Day to send the home fans into delirious celebrations. Rangers then lost their discipline and Askar completed a bad night but getting sent off for a professional foul and a third goal soon followed on in injury time to complete the humiliation for Rangers.

Congratulations to Yeovil who thoroughly deserved the win but every QPR player needs to take a good look at themselves tonight and some serious questions of themselves.

QPR fans will demand a huge improvement on Saturday when we face Northampton but tonight we are out of another cup at the first hurdle and again we have failed to put up any sort of fight against team we should be beating.
