Peter Ramage joined QPR in the summer of 2008 on a free transfer from Newcastle.

Ramage came through the ranks of his home town club and played well at first team level for Newcastle in the Premiership before injury saw him fall down the pecking order. He played in the final game of the 2007/08 season for Newcastle at Everton before making the move to QPR.

Ramage can play as a central defender but it's at right back where he has played most of his football for QPR. He is a committed player always giving his best and as a defender he has looked decent for QPR.

His main weakness seems to be his crossing and attacking abilities but he is a player who can improve and long term may end up a better central defender for QPR than a full back.
