24. Lewis Hamilton
Lewis Hamilton joined QPR in the summer of 2004 after a successful trial spell at the club.
He is a product of the Derby County academy which of course also produced Lee Camp. Hamilton was told he would be released in the summer so played in two reserve games for QPR before the end of last season. He impressed enough to be given another chance and played in all of the pre season games for QPR in a variety of positions.
His outstanding display at right back against Crystal Palace earned the youngster a one year deal at QPR.
Hamilton can play anywhere at the back but his best position seems to be at right back. He is quick and loves to get forward and he can pass the ball pretty well too.
Hamilton enjoyed a loan spell out at AFC Wimbledon where he impressed but an injury crisis saw him return for a brief debut away at Burnley.
